Fairhaven’s Outdoor Cinema summer series returns; lineup begins July 6 with ‘The Goonies’

The Fairhaven Outdoor Cinema is back for another year of outdoor movies, projected on its outdoor screen in town square’s village green.

This year’s lineup of movies include classics like “The Goonies,” as well as new films such as “Barbie,” the highest-grossing film of 2023.

Here’s the full lineup of this year’s movies:

▪ “The Goonies” - July 6

▪ “Best in Show” - July 13

▪ “Barbie” - July 20

▪ “Raiders of the Lost Ark” - July 27

▪ “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” - Aug. 3

▪ “Twilight” - Aug. 10

▪ “Pitch Perfect” - Aug. 17

▪ “The Princess Bride” - Aug. 24

Movies start at sunset, or around 8 p.m. Before each movie begins, a variety of live bands will be performing 90 minutes before the movie at about 6:30 p.m.

Tickets cost $7 cash or $8 on a credit card per person, and concessions will be available for purchase. Guests are also encouraged to bring blankets and beach chairs.

The Fairhaven Village Green is at 1207 10th St. in Bellingham.
