Kate Middleton Was Seen "Out and About" with Her Family Amidst Cancer Treatment

She's also been stepping out to run solo errands.

Catherine, Princess of Wales is getting back into her normal routine amidst her cancer treatment. While Kate Middleton has stayed out of the public eye since announcing she was undergoing chemotherapy in March, the senior royal has reportedly been seen stepping out to spend time with family, sources told People. They also revealed that Middleton had been spotted heading out to run some solo errands.

This promising update comes after Middleton has slowly started to make a return to royal life. While she’s still on a break from her public-facing royal duties, the royal shared a rare joint statement with Prince William about a Royal Air Force plane accident that led to the death of pilot Mark Long on X (formerly Twitter) on May 25.

Signed “W + C” to denote that it was written by the Prince and Princess of Wales, their message read, “Incredibly sad to hear of the news this afternoon from RAF Coningsby. Our thoughts this evening are with the pilot’s loved ones, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, and the wider RAF family.”

Middleton has also been getting involved with some of her previous responsibilities. One of her biggest projects–the Royal Foundation Business Taskforce for Early Childhood—released a new report on May 20 with data encouraging businesses to invest in the development of young children, as well as an action plan the task force will be following.

However, that doesn’t mean fans can expect the princess to jump back into her royal duties anytime soon. Middleton is still working on the foundation and is being “kept fully updated” on the task force’s progress, but she’s not officially going back to work until she’s cleared by her medical team, the palace reportedly told People.
