At Least 1 Killed, Several Injured in Russian Strike on Poltava Apartment Building

At least one person was reported killed and 12 others in what Ukrainian officials said was a Russian strike the city of Poltava on April 9.

Internal Affairs Minister Ihor Klymenko said a two-story apartment building was hit by a Russian rocket. Two children were among the injured, Klymenko said.

Ukraine’s State Emergency Service rescued two people from the building, he added.
