Modern Little Women Christmas Movie Set at GAF — Jen Lilley, Trevor Donovan, Gladys Knight Among Cast

A Little Women’s Christmas will air on the Great American Family channel this holiday season, it was announced on Wednesday morning.

Described as “a contemporary retelling of the beloved classic novel” by Louisa May Alcott, the TV-movie will follow “the lives and loves of the March sisters in a small Tennessee town at Christmas.”

The cast includes Jillian Murray (Code Black and any number of other Christmas movies) as Jo March, Trevor Donovan (90210) as Friedrich “Fritz” Baehr, Jen Lilley (Days of Our Lives) as Meg March, Hallmark movie vet Laura Osnes as Beth March, Julia Reilly (Gritz?) as Amy March and Jesse Hutch (Batwoman) as John.

Additionally, 10-time Grammy winner Gladys Knight will appear and perform her new original Christmas song “Joy”; Knight also has an executive producer credit on the flick.
