News Networks Descend On Central London As Bloody Horses Run Wild Through The Streets

News networks descended on Central London this morning to cover an astonishing scene as six horses ran wild through the streets, some covered in blood.

All the runaway military horses, which were stationed at Buckingham Palace, have now been caught, the Met Police told the BBC. Horses are traditionally stationed outside the palace and near Horse Guards Parade along with traditional ‘beefeaters,’ the traditional guardians of the Tower of London.

In incredible scenes that first started doing the rounds on social media early this morning, the sextet of horses left Buckingham Palace and ran along the Strand.

One of them is believed to have collided with a black cab and another hit the windscreen of a double-decker bus. Pictures and videos showed some of them had blood on them.

A BBC reporter said he saw blood on the floor and the ambulance was called.

“A number of personnel and horses” were injured, the London ambulance service said, detailing that at least four people were hurt.

All horses have now been contained but news networks and social media continue to air back-to-back videos of the rampage, a sight never seen before in Central London.
