Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar-Jones Have “Normal People” Reunion at Glastonbury Festival

Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar-Jones are reunited!

On Monday, July 1, Edgar-Jones shared a carousel post of snaps of her time at Glastonbury Festival in England over the weekend.

While many of the photos consisted of the 26-year-old actress posing with pals on the grass, she also included a photo with her Normal People costar, 28.

In the latter image, Mescal wrapped his arm around Edgar-Jones’ shoulder as they posed together. Covering his eyes with sunglasses, the actor, who played Connell on Normal People, flashed a smile while holding onto his white cup.

Edger-Jones — who portrayed Marianne on the 2020 Hulu drama series — also appeared to be in good spirits as she smiled and held onto her drink.

“Glasto, you’ve been good to me 😮‍💨💚❇️@hunterbootsuk,”  the Twisters actress's caption read.

The Normal People reunion comes after the pair sent fans into a frenzy back in May, when they seemingly teased a second season of the show.

Edger-Jones shared a snap of herself and Mescal holding up peace signs as they grinned at the camera on her Instagram Stories.

"We've got some news to share!!" her caption read. "Watch this space."

The photo was also shared on the Instagram Stories of the production company behind Normal People, Element Pictures — which led to many fans speculating that the peace signs could be a hint at the coming of a second season.

"WHAT?!? Normal People season 2? Daisy and Paul you’re playing with my emotions and I’m not here for it!!!" one person wrote on X (formerly Twitter), while another added, "if they announce normal people season 2 i might cry.”

"If the [peace] sign they are making are for season 2 of Normal People im gonna scream," a third user wrote.

Reps at Hulu and Element Pictures did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment at the time.
