Rita Moreno is ready to let loose for a special occasion.

The EGOT winner, who turns 92 on Dec. 11, tells PEOPLE she is considering having multiple birthday celebrations. But the festivities are not out of vanity — Moreno says her new home simply can’t hold the number of invitees she’d like to host.

“Here's the problem now: I have a condo that I absolutely adore. It's beautiful, but it won't hold all of the people that I have for my birthday, because I always have fabulous birthdays,” says the West Side Story actress, who recently moved from a private home in California’s Berkeley Hills area to a condominium building.

“I said to my daughter, ‘What are we going to do? Because I definitely want to celebrate 92. My God, that's pretty good!” adds Moreno, mom to Fernanda Luisa Gordon, a jewelry designer. "I mean, celebrating 92 is a very big deal."

“The last one I had, there were 80 people in a very, very big house,” she continues. “It was a party house. It was huge.”

This year, “I'm thinking of possibly doing two birthday parties in the apartment,” she says. “I may have to have three birthday parties.”

Moreno is just as busy on the professional front as she is party-planning. Earlier this year, the 80 for Brady star filmed the new Netflix comedy Family Switch, starring Jennifer Garner and Ed Helms.

In the Freaky Friday–like movie, Garner and Helms play a married couple who swap places with their kids after an encounter with the mysterious Angelica, played by Moreno.

She says she was hooked after reading the screenplay. “My agent said, ‘I'm sending you a script.’ I said, ‘What is it about?’ He said, ‘Never mind.’ He said, ‘I want you to read it because it's really fun and it's a surprise.’ It was all of that and then some,” says Moreno.

Because Garner and Helms were the leads, Moreno didn’t have much of a chance to bond with them. “It was difficult to hang out,” she says. “They were lovely, wonderful people. He's extremely funny. Everything that she seems to be, she is.”

Though Moreno had fun making the movie, she’s happy the premise is just a fantasy since she wouldn’t want to swap places with anyone.

“I think I'm swell,” she says when asked who she’d like to change bodies with. “I mean, I have plenty of faults that are maddening, and me being 92 makes me very maddening in many ways. I've gotten fussier and more insistent that I'm right, sometimes I am, and most times I'm not, that kind of stuff.”

“But I'm happy to be me. I don't want to be anybody else,” she continues, “I mean, for one thing, it just makes no sense to me. I'm such a practical-minded person that I can't even consider a question like that.”

Family Switch is on Netflix Thursday.
