Seth Meyers Flames Trump Campaign's 'Disgraced' New Recruit
Seth Meyers on Tuesday chose to see the upside of a report that “disgraced Fyre Festival organizer Billy McFarland” is now working with former President Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign.
McFarland, who ended up behind bars for financial crimes tied to the 2017 event, is reportedly connecting Trump with rappers in an attempt to boost the presumptive GOP nominee’s support among Black voters, per Rolling Stone.
It’s the “first good news [Joe] Biden’s gotten in weeks,” cracked Meyers, referencing calls among Democrats for the president to quit his campaign after his June debate performance.
