The Instagram Story shows the mom of three sitting on her living room floor as daughter Drew Hazel, 4½, moves in a flurry of action on one side of the photo. On the other, Jett stands on the coffee table, taking a look at the hem of his pants.
"Jett is wearing age 5-6 clothes," East captioned the shot.

The couple welcomed their third baby, Barrett 'Bear' Madison, last month. In their FamilyMade newsletter, they talked about how they picked out the unique moniker.
"Going into the birth, we didn't know if we were having a girl or a boy so we had a name for each that we loved!" Johnson East noted.
"We're so happy we got to use the name Barrett Madison for our son and love calling him 'Bear.' We knew if we had a boy we wanted to pay tribute to Andrew's dad who passed away last year and his name was Guy Madison East. Andrew's Grandpa's name was also Madison and it was later passed down to his dad, making it a really special family name."
The newly minted mom of three shared that the couple settled on the middle name first and "fell in love with Barrett."
"We've loved the nickname 'Bear' for a long time and considered using that name for Jett, but decided to hold onto it. Since then, we've always wanted a baby named Bear, and after seeing our sweet son for the first time, we knew this name was the perfect fit."
In an Instagram Story earlier this month, "Most amazing thing about this special small window of time with a newborn is being able to hold, cuddle, nurse, and be with him 24/7," she wrote. "It's a time like no other that you'll never get back."
"BUT. The hardest part of this short phase is missing my big kids," she went on to admit. "Daddy is doing the best job in the world showering them with attention and adventures but this mama misses her big babies."
