Today, Sofia Richie tacked "mom" onto her long list of titles, which includes model, singer, and TV personality.

Yes, that's right, congratulations are in order for the socialite and her husband, Elliot Grainge, as they welcomed their first child together. The couple announced the arrival of their bundle of joy, a daughter named Eloise Samantha Grainge, on Instagram.

"Eloise Samantha Grainge 🤍5•20•24 best day of my life🤍," Richie captioned her post.

Richie has excitedly been awaiting the big day. She took to her Instagram on May 6 to share a photo of her full bump—in which she dressed in her usual quiet luxury staples including a white tank top, matching button down shirt, and cream-colored pants—along with the caption, "9 months of bliss."

The 25-year-old formally announced she was expecting in an interview with Vogue, published January 25. “I found out very, very early,” Richie Grainge told the publication. “I was about four weeks pregnant. I was on a trip to Milan for fashion week, and I was going to the Prada show. I was doing a really quick 24-hour turnaround, and I felt terrible but didn’t think much of it. I thought it was jet lag.”

Richie explained after she returned from Italy, she took a pregnancy test ahead of an Ed Sheeran concert. This was not out of the ordinary, as she and the music executive had been trying to get pregnant since they tied the knot in April 2023; the pair got married with a beautiful fairytale wedding in Antibes, France, after two years of dating.

“I kind of knew it was going to be a boozy night, and I was a few days late on my period, and I wanted to be generally safe, so I took a test,” she recalled. “Elliot was already used to me taking tests randomly. So, he didn’t really flinch when I said I was checking. I was taking one of those really crappy at-home tests, and there was the faintest of lines. I was so used to seeing negatives that I knew when something looked even kind of different.”

A week after Richie confirmed the pregnancy, on February 2, she debuted her growing bump on the red carpet at the Warner Music Group pre-Grammy party. She put an understated spin on maternity style in an inky-black off-the-shoulder jacket that she left half unbuttoned at the bottom, paired with matching tailored trousers, slingback heels, a leather top-handle purse, a stack of diamond bracelets, and gold statement earrings.

During the same Vogue interview, Richie touched on her pregnancy style and shared she tried to keep her sleek style consistent. “I’m not really tapping into maternitywear at all, if anything, I’m just sizing up. I’m also not buying an entirely new wardrobe for this pregnancy. I’ve bought a few pairs of pants in bigger sizes, but I’m wearing my same jackets, and sweaters, and trenches." Richie added, "I’m about to have some fun with it now that I can spread my wings and fly.”
