Teen rushed to hospital after east-end stabbing
A teenager was rushed to hospital after he was stabbed near his home in the Beach.
The incident occurred on Kingswood Road, near Queen Street East, around 11:30 p.m. Monday night.
A 16-year-old left his home on Kingswood and was confronted by three men, all of whom had knives, according to police. A fight broke out and one of the men brandished a gun.
The teen was punched and then he felt a sharp pain on his body, police told CBC Toronto.
His injuries are serious but non-life-threatening.
