The Traitors' Linda admits fake tears over Livi 'sealed my fate'
The BBC show star dubbed the 'worst Traitor ever' said she would do 'everything' differently if she had another chance.
What did you miss?
The Traitors star Linda Rands has admitted her fake tears "sealed her fate" in making the other players realise she was a Traitor and voting her out.
Rands has been dubbed the "worst Traitor ever" by viewers after a series of gaffes pointed towards her guilty status, but told BBC Morning Live that she believed her bad acting over Livi Deane's murder was the final nail in the coffin.
She also said she would do "everything" differently given her time again on the show, and felt "a bit stupid" watching some of it back.
What, how, and why?
Many of The Traitors series three's stars have said how surprised they were that Linda Rands lasted so long in the BBC show, and it seems the recently banished star agrees with them.
Rands had unwittingly dropped a number of obvious clues that she was a Traitor but was finally caught out in Wednesday's episode - and told Morning Live on Friday that she could pinpoint exactly where she went wrong.
Asked what she would have done differently in hindsight, she admitted: "Everything. I think the one thing I wouldn't have done was crying. That sealed my fate, the crying."

'What filming The Traitors is really like - I was freezing my t**s off'
Rands had sobbed dramatically over breakfast the morning after secretly murdering Livi Deane, raising suspicions. She said: "I was actually sad Livi went because I did look at her as a daughter. I felt very protective of her and we were in the car together when we arrived at the castle so I got to know her first. I think I lost the plot, I just went deeper and deeper and deeper into it."
Asked how she felt watching the series back, she replied: "Well, a bit stupid sometimes actually. But it's great to watch it back and see some of the faux pas I made. I think the crying went a little bit too far."
Rands had stumbled in the very first episode as she was spotted turning her head in response to host Claudia Winkleman saying "Traitors" just after tapping players on the shoulder to pick them.
On whether she knew she had responded to the word, Rands insisted: "Absolutely not. That would have been stupid to turn at Traitors when I'd just been made a Traitor. My head was buzzing. She's just tapped me on the shoulder and I thought, oh my god I'm a Traitor now. I had nothing in my head, all I heard was words. I just heard somebody talking so I turned my head and it happened to be on that word. I mean, you couldn't plan it."
But she added of the now infamous moment that led to Jake working out she was a Traitor: "I'll never live it down."
As Morning Live host Kym Marsh said she thought she would be good at being a Traitor herself, Rands laughed: "That's what I said! 'I'd be a great Traitor.' Not!"
What else has Linda said about being a Traitor?
In an interview with The One Show on Thursday evening, Rands admitted she had "lost the plot" in how she chose to play the game.
"I think I just lost the plot completely," Linda said on The One Show after host Alex Jones brought up her dubious acting skills.
"I think what threw me off was the first roundtable, when I had only been a Traitor for five minutes and Jake already pointed me out and I thought, 'I haven’t even opened my mouth yet, I mean come on!'
"I think that sort of changed my game plan so I was much quieter at the roundtable than I intended to be actually. But some of those lines that came out, it’s just me, that’s who I am!"
Morning Live airs on BBC One at 9:30am on weekdays.
