Three people have been charged with murder after a man was filmed on Snapchat being beaten, urinated on and forced to eat cat faeces.

Delvin Mendoza-Chaparro, 20, was also made to eat soiled cat litter before being driven to a nearby alley and left for dead.

The incident happened on December 19 in Milwaukee, and a woman and two brothers have been charged with first-degree reckless homicide, as parties to a crime.

According to the criminal complaints, Devin Katzfey, 20, forced Mendoza-Chaparro to eat the cat faeces while his brother, Branden Katzfey, 19, urinated on him.

It’s alleged that the brothers and Sarah Zakzesky, 20, took turns beating Mendoza-Chaparro at Zakzesky’s flat.

Mendoza-Chaparro was found in an alley with no shoes or socks and his jeans pulled down. He had been severely beaten to his head and neck.

Zakzesky said the group had been smoking weed at her place when Devin Katzfey became annoyed with Mendoza-Chaparro, accusing him of stealing a bong, a pipe and other items.

She said the victim was then dragged into the kitchen by Devin Katzfey who started beating him. Zakzesky admitted punching and kicking Mendoza-Chaparro a few times and said that Brendan Katzfey also hit him in the face about five times.

Zakzesky said she then drove Devin and the unconscious victim to the spot where his body was found.

Investigators later found three videos on the victim’s Snapchat account. In one, he is seen on the floor with blood coming from his face. A voice, identified as Devin Katzfey, is heard saying, “You got knocked the **** out, bitch”.

In a second video, Devin Katzfey says, “That’s what happens when you try to steal”, while Mendoza-Chaparro is seen lying near a doorway.

An autopsy showed that Mendoza-Chaparro died as a result of multiple blunt force injuries to the head.

Mendoza-Chaparro’s mother, Iris Chaparro said: “It was horrible. They showed me his photo and I couldn’t even go to the morgue to identify him.”
