Timothée Chalamet is not afraid to stray away from the ordinary red carpet fashion

Timothée Chalamet has earned himself the title of fashion icon.

Even before his breakout role in Call Me By Your Name, the actor made style choices that were out of the ordinary — and his looks have only become more daring and unique as his career has skyrocketed. The star is often photographed in monochromatic ensembles or boldly printed suits. In recent years, he has taken more risks on the carpet, from his backless red top at the Venice International Film Festival in 2022 to his light-blue leather jumpsuit at a Dune: Part Two premiere in 2024.

Chalamet has worn several designers over the years, most notably working with Haider Ackermann, Tom Ford, Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen and the late Virgil Abloh, to name a few. When the star became the first-ever solo male cover star of British Vogue in October 2022, he told the outlet, “What's great with Haider [Ackermann] or Tom Ford, as you said, is they're so personal to the process of choosing, same thing with Virgil Abloh. At the premiere of Snowpiercer in 2014, the actor paired a formal forest green blazer with a relaxed white tee and black denim shorts.
