Trial starts in hit and run that killed good Samaritan

Andrew Green, 46, died on June 13, 2012 while he stopped to help a stranded motorist.
Green sustained a catastrophic head injury when was struck from behind by a passing vehicle.
The trial of Kieran Porter, the man accused in the crash, started Tuesday.
He pleaded not guilty to careless driving and failing to stop and offer help to an injured person.
