Spider-Man co-stars Zendaya and Tom Holland spent years dodging questions about whether or not there was something more to their on-screen romance, but the two decided to make things official between the second and third installments of their superhero epic, giving fans everywhere exactly what they wanted.

Now, instead of brushing off rumors of being more than friends, the two have become one of Hollywood's sweetest duos, offering plenty of support to one another for their respective projects and even giving us peeks at their love life behind the scenes.

April 10, 2024: Zendaya and Tom Holland kiss and hug at the Challengers London premiere

The couple are captured sweetly hugging and kissing each other at the London premiere of Zendaya's film Challengers. Holland was every inch the supportive boyfriend as he whistled, cheered, and recorded Zendaya as she was introduced.

April 9, 2024: Zendaya says Tom Holland "beautifully" handled his launch into stardom

During an interview with Vogue, Zendaya spoke about watching Holland navigate his career exploding after starring in the Spider-Man franchise.

“We were both very, very young, but my career was already kind of going, and his changed overnight. One day, you’re a kid, and you’re at the pub with your friends, and then the next day, you’re Spider-Man,” she explained. “I definitely watched his life kind of change in front of him. But he handled it really beautifully.”

The actress added that she plans to support Holland when he performs in London’s West End showing of Romeo & Juliet. She said she “could not be more proud. I’m going to try to see as many shows as I possibly can.”

Zendaya then touched on dealing with their relationship being in the public eye, specifically citing their date to the Louvre Museum in Paris in 2022. She said they were advised against going because it was busy, however, they went anyway and had a good time.

“It was actually fine,” she said. “You just kind of get used to the fact that, ‘Oh, I’m also one of these art pieces you’re going to take a picture of.’ I just gotta be totally cool with it and just live my life.”

March 17, 2024: Zendaya and Tom Holland enjoy a tennis date

Kicking off the Challengers press tour, Zendaya and Holland attend multiple games during the 2024 BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, California, on March 17. They dressed the part, with Zendaya in a tennis-inspired ensemble composed of a cream-colored Louis Vuitton hoodie, matching pleated skirt, and white crew neck t-shirt, and Holland in a brown button-down shirt layered over a cream-colored tank top.

The couple flashed sweet smiles when they were spotted in the crowd and got groovy at one point, dancing and lip-synching to Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.”

June 14, 2023: Tom Holland discusses keeping their relationship private

During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Holland opened up about why the couple likes to keep their relationship close to their chests.

"Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of and we want to keep as sacred as possible," he told the outlet. "We don't think that we owe it to anyone, it's our thing, and it has nothing to do with our careers."

When we first caught sight of the pair twinning at a hockey game in matching New York Rangers jerseys, we commended them for their coordinated couple fashion. But when we realized that said jerseys were personalized with each other's names on the back (Holland wearing "Zendaya" and Zendaya "Holland"), we swooned.

September 1, 2021: Tom Holland wishes Zendaya happy birthday

A few months later, Holland commemorates Zendaya's birthday with a selfie from the Spider-Man set. In the caption, he writes as Peter Parker: "My MJ, have the happiest of birthdays. Gimme a call when your [sic] up xxx."

July 1, 2021: Zendaya and Tom Holland are spotted kissing

Hope springs eternal thanks to the paparazzi. Zendaya and Holland are photographed making out in Los Angeles. According to Page Six, the two actors were in Silver Lake with Zendaya's mom, Claire Stoermer. Of course, fans are relieved and euphoric, sending Zendaya into Twitter's trending topics.

A source told Us that the two keep each other grounded. "They both challenge each other and balance each other out," the source says, noting that Holland "makes her laugh," and Zendaya "really helps guide him through the world of celebrity."

2019-2020: Zendaya and Tom Holland promote their movie 'Spider-Man: Far From Home'

Of course, the two of them hit multiple red carpets together to promote Spider-Man: Far From Home, but things get a little murky from here. Zendaya may or may not have been dating her Euphoria co-star Jacob Elordi (they got snapped on a vacation in Greece).

Holland goes Instagram-official with girlfriend Nadia Parks on July 27, 2020. Eventually, Elordi and Kaia Gerber are a bonafide couple, leaving Tomdaya fans scratching their heads and wondering if their web-slinging hero and his real-life MJ are donezo.

A source told the Daily Mail that Parks moved in with Holland during the COVID-19 lockdown. "They made the decision to isolate together and things have been going great between them," the source says. "Tom has told friends and family they're in an official relationship and living together so soon into their romance has only made them stronger."

When the two start to promote the flick together, there's naturally a lot of chemistry off the screen. Rumors start to surface, which the two neither confirm nor deny. Sources close to the two do talk, however, saying that they're keeping their relationship private.

"They started seeing each other while they were filming Spider-Man," a source told People in July 2017. "They've been super careful to keep it private and out of the public eye, but they've gone on vacations with each other and try and spend as much time as possible with one another."

Zendaya and Holland joke about it all, taking their banter onto Twitter: "Wait wait ... my favorite is when it says we go on vacations together HA! I haven't been on a vacation in years! hbu @TomHolland1996 ???" Zendaya tweeted. Holland responded, "Does the press tour count."

Of course, Holland says that everyone on set is friendly and that Zendaya actually gave him advice on dealing with fame, something she knows a little about from her days on the Disney Channel. "We are like the best of friends. She's so great and amazing," Holland told People at the time. "I'm a little worried [about dealing with fame…but] Zendaya is super famous and she's been through this, and I just call her up and say, 'How do I manage being famous?' I'm very glad I have a friend like her."
