Highlights from the high school wrestling tournament featuring over 100 wrestlers and 19 schools

This story is a year old, and is only now getting the coverage it deserves.

Demetrius de Moors, a high school wrestler from Peachtree City, Georgia, was one of the top wrestlers in the state when he competed in the prestigious South Metro Wrestling Tournament last winter.

For one of his opponents, the match was the opportunity of a lifetime.

Michael Lind, a student from the school hosting the tournament, has Down Syndrome. While he had been on the team for a while, he had never had the chance to compete.

His coach approached de Moors' team and asked if anyone would be willing to wrestle Lind.

de Moors stepped up, offering to take on Lind in an exhibition match.

He didn't just volunteer to fight Lind, he made the match a memorable one for him.
