Meanwhile, Zara McDermott has revealed she's going into week one with a foot injury as she prepares to dance the Cha Cha Cha to 'Crush' by Jennifer Paige with partner Graziano Di Prima.
Zara explained to The Sun that Graziano had told her to wear "men's shoes with a little Cuban heel" instead of high heels during rehearsals but this suggestion left her with bleeding feet.
"I told him, 'It’s not working, I need to take them off', and he said, 'No, no you’re fine'," Zara explained.
"I said honestly it’s hurting and I took them off and my feet were bleeding. I was like, 'I told you I am not being dramatic!'."
However, Zara went on to add that her feet are now "feeling better" and "getting harder".
Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturday nights on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights from September 25 on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
