‘Yellowstone’ chef hosting cookbook signing in North Texas next month

The man who feeds the “Yellowstone” family on and off screen has a new cookbook on the way.

Gabriel “Gator” Guilbeau is a chef and head of craft services for “Yellowstone” and its spinoff shows “1883” and “1923.” The chef’s new “Yellowstone: The Official Dutton Ranch Family Cookbook” hits shelves on Sept. 12.

Guilbeau’s book contains a multitude of recipes that he’s fed to the entire cast and crew of the show. Everything from “Beth and Rip’s Sweet Blueberry Cobbler”, to “Beth’s Two Scoops of Ice Cream, Three Shots of Vodka Smoothie” are available in the book.

To celebrate the occasion, Guilbeau will host a cookbook signing at a Barnes & Noble in Dallas at 6 p.m. Sept. 13 at 5301 Beltline Road suite 118.

Fans hoping to attend the signing need to have a wristband that only comes with purchasing the cookbook through Barnes & Noble, either online or in-person. The wristband gives fans a chance to meet Guilbeau, take photos and have up to three books signed.

Along with catering for “Yellowstone”, Guilbeau has appeared on the show as the Dutton family’s personal chef. His aptly titled character, Gator, has appeared in 12 episodes over the five-season show.

Guilbeau has worked in craft services for over a decade now, with previous credits for “Jurassic World,” “Mindhunter” and “Terminator Genisys.”
