EastEnders previews aftermath of Priya and Nish bombshell

EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders has revealed the aftermath of Priya and Nish's bombshell kiss.

First-look photos from the next episode — which streams first on the BBC iPlayer on Tuesday (July 2) and airs on BBC 2 on Wednesday (July 3) — hint that the duo will do more than kiss.

The shocking hook-up was first teased in Monday's (July 1) streaming episode, after Priya devised a way to secure her family's financial future.

Priya approached Nish with an indecent proposal, knowing that her former father-in-law is dying from a recently diagnosed heart condition.

The health revelation led to a reconciliation between Nish and his son Ravi Gulati. However, Ravi will likely feel betrayed if he finds out about his father's secret rendezvous with Priya.

Priya has offered Nish companionship for the final months of his life, provided he pays her a hefty price for her time.

The two had no idea that Nugget had seen their shocking kiss, but he passed out on the pavement outside No. 41 before he could tell anyone what he'd seen.

This shocking offer followed Avani discovering that her mum had been using Suki Panesar's credit card to run up purchases.

Likewise, Nugget has been keeping a secret of his own, as he's been using some of best mate Denzel Danes' steroids to gain the edge in the boxing ring.

Cast member Juhaim Rasul Choudhury penned a social media post about the storyline last week, warning viewers that Nugget's steroid use should be a cautionary tale.

"Tonight Davinder 'Nugget' Gulati took anabolic steroids due to how he feels about his body," he wrote. "There are so many people, especially teenagers, who feel insecure about their body image and take drastic measures to change their body.

"Please try to be confident in your body and understand the beauty of it. You are beautiful. We are beautiful."

EastEnders airs on Mondays – Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast.
